Dr. (Mrs.) Victoria Olubunmi Aderemi Ojo (Nee Sodeinde) works in Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, College of Animal Science and Livestock Production, Department of Pasture and Range as a Lecturer. She is actively involved in Training, Research and Extension services both for students and the populace.

Between 1990 and 1992, she attended Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology, Moor Plantation, Ibadan, where she obtained OND Certificate in Animal Health and Production with Upper Credit. She had her B. Agric, M. Agric and Ph. D degrees in Animal Science with specialization in Pasture Agronomy, Production, Conservation, Processing and Utilization in farm animals from the prestigious Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) in 1998, 2005 and 2011 respectively.

She joined the service of FUNAAB in January 2nd, 2008 as Assistant Lecturer in Department of Pasture and Range, College of Animal Science and Livestock Production and rose through the ranks to become Senior Lecturer in October 1st, 2017.

Dr. (Mrs.) Ojo served in a number of academic and administrative positions at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. She is a Course Level Adviser for undergraduate students at various times, Coordinator in Directorate of Grants Management for Agriculture, Department of Pasture and Range Management Postgraduate Coordinator. She is also Departmental representative in Community Based Farming Scheme and coordinates the FPY courses for the Department.

She won several grants sponsored by Tertiary Education Trust Fund as well as World Bank Africa Centre of Excellence in Agricultural Development and Sustainable Environment at different times. She was a Mentee Fellow of Africa Women in Agricultural Research and Development (AWARD) fellowship by International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) Gender and Diversity Program in 2010

She  belongs to many academic and professional bodies within and outside Nigeria which include, Nigeria Society for Animal Production, Nigerian Institute of Animal Science, Society for Grassland Research and Development in Nigeria, British Grassland Society and Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World. She has handled several courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels and has also supervised several students at both levels.

She has published extensively in local and international journals with 54 journal articles and 51 conference refereed proceedings nationally and internationally.

She is happily married to Engineer Oluyemi A. Ojo and the marriage is blessed  with children. At her leisure time, she loves singing, reading and sewing.
