About The Event

The World holds the urgency of responding to the food insecurity of impoverished communities in the face of climate change; to reduce poverty and ensure that hard-won development outcomes are not erased. Population groups who are already vulnerable to food insecurity and malnutrition risk sinking lower into food and nutrition crisis under climate change.

The International Conference on Food Security, Agriculture and Environment conference will provide the best platform and the best occasion to outreach the great gathering of participants from around the country and its international friends. This scientific stage will provide an opportunity to leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of food security, agriculture and the environment under the changing climate scenarios. Participants will have opportunities to make presentations, exchange and update knowledge about the elevated temperatures, land and water scarcity, precipitation variability and extreme weather conditions its adverse impacts on food security and Agriculture.

Conference Venue

The conference will be hosted by the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria and will be held at Olufemi Olaiya Balogun Ceremonial Building. The conference will have an opening ceremony, chaired by the Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. The Director IFSERAR will give a welcome address which will be followed by Keynote presentations and a series of lectures delivered by both Honourable Guests and members of the Keynote forum.
