A.    SENIOR CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY
Candidates should possess:
1.    Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretarial Studies from a recognized institution. 
2.    Five (5) O’ Level credits including English Language.
3.    Minimum of five (5) years relevant post-qualification experience.
4.    Computer literacy.

The salary attached to this position is CONTISS 08 (N718,359.00 – N1,044,642.00)

B.    CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY I
Candidates should possess:
1.    Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretarial Studies from a recognized institution. 
2.    Five (5) O’ Level credits including English Language.
3.    Minimum of two (2) years relevant post-qualification experience.
4.    Computer literacy.

The salary attached to this position is CONTISS 07 (N619,092.96 – N897,006.96)

C.    SENIOR SECRETARIAL ASSISTANT II
Candidates should possess:
1.    Senior School Certificate (SSCE) or National Examination Council Certificate (NECO), with four (4) Credits, which must include English Language.
2.    50 WPM (Typewriting) from a Government approved examining body with at least three (3) years cognate experience.
3.    Computer literacy.

The salary attached to this position is CONTISS 06 (N389,655.00 – N577,941.00)
