FELLOWSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR AFRICAN WOMEN IN PUBLIC SERVICES

 

Robert F. Wagner Graduate school of Public Service, New York, has called for applications for its African Women Public Service Fellowship.

According to the University Director of International Programs, Prof. Paul Smoke, said the admission committee pays attention to “applications from women who posses strong academic records; who have a demonstrated commitment to public service”.

He added that such applicant must be “whom a Wagner education would significantly enhance their ability to have a deep and lasting impact on public issues in their home country and region”.

Applicants are expected to apply online at http://wagner.nyu.edu/admissions/application/ . The deadline for application is December 10, 2010.
