UNAAB Ag. Registrar Becomes Abeokuta Club’s Chief Image Maker

The University’s Acting Registrar, Mr. Adeleke Adeboye has emerged as Chairman, Publicity Committee of the prestigious Abeokuta Club, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

He was elected as the Chief Image Maker of the foremost Egba Indigenous Club, at it just-concluded Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Adeboye, who is a tested and proven Public Relations Executive is well grounded and deeply rooted for the job, having cut his teeth as the UNAAB’s Pioneer Public Relations Officer; former Chairman, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Ogun State Chapter; and a leader of the body at the National level.

Those elected at the AGM included the former Vice-Chancellor, Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), Ago-Iwoye, Professor Afolabi Soyode (President); a former Minister of the Federation, Chief Wole Adeosun (1st Vice-President); Chief Niyi Lasaki (2nd Vice-President); Engr. Niyi Abiola (General Secretary) and Hon. Justice Bode Poopola (Legal Adviser), among other excos.

Elected along with Mr. Adeboye, as Chairmen of Committees, are Asiwaju Maxwell Ayinla (Finance), Engr. Tokunbo Odebunmi (Development) and Chief Kehinde Sofenwa (Secretary), among others.
