New Guidelines on Staff Commendation

The University’s Appointment and Promotion Committee for Academic Staff (APCAS) has directed that only the University’s Registrar should henceforth issue Letters of Commendation to deserving members of staff.

Rising from its meeting of Tuesday, December 14, 2010, APCAS directed that all recommendations and justification for commendation should be referred to the Registrar, who would use his discretion to give such Letter of Commendation to the staff so recommended, on behalf of the University Management.
