INVITATION

Interested bidders are hereby required to receive further instructions from the Directorate of Expenditure Control and Budgeting on the payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Two Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N2,500)only, payable to the University Bursary.  Completed tender documents are to be returned in a wax-sealed envelope with the title of the project tendered for clearly indicated on the envelope SUPPLY OF OFFICE FURNITURE/ OFFICE EQUIPMENT / COMPUTER EQUIPMENT. Interested Bidders are to note that quotations should be inclusive of 5% VAT.

MODE OF APPLICATION

To be considered, potential bidders are required to be registered as Contractors with the University, bid according to the specifications provided and submit their bid documents not later than Wednesday July 18th, 2012 at 12.00 noon to:

The Tender Opening Committee will meet at 1:00pm on Wednesday July 18th, 2012 at the Pension House Conference Room with the representatives of the bidding Contractors in attendance to open the tenders.

Note:   FUNAAB is neither committed nor obliged to undertake the work nor include any Company responding to this invitation.  All expenses incurred in preparing a bid response and all expenses otherwise associated with the response shall be borne solely by the submitting Company.
