Abiona, Bolaji Grace, an Agricultural Human resources management expert holds a Ph.D degree in Agricultural Extension in the year 2010 from the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta Ogun State, Nigeria.I started my academic career as a lecturer started in 2011 as a Lecturer II in the Department of Agricultural Administration, College of Agricultural Management and Rural Development, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. Since assuming duty at Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. I have been actively involved in teaching, research, extension and supervision of student’s projects and dissertation. I have been student’s adviser, Departmental Examination Officer, Departmental Postgraduate Coordinator, Member, and College Committee on Examination Results, Member, Time Table and Examination Committee, Member, Senate Coordinating Committee on Examination and Results, Representative of Agricultural Administration Department in Community Based Farming Scheme (COBFAS) (Field Trip Coordinator. I am the current Head of Department of Agricultural Administration.She has taught at the Undergraduate and Post graduate levels for about 10years. Bolaji has taught courses in programme personnel psychology, research methodology, human resources management, agricultural administration and industrial relations. Abiona is interested in institutional/organisational support for employees and organisational development with special interest in training. Bolaji Grace Abiona has been involved in some consultancy activities which include Peri-urban fish farming study in Southwest Nigeria in 2013, Human preference on development of novel feed additives for domestic chicken through innovative inclusions of phytogenic in FUNAAB in 2020,Team member on Consultancy on Assessment of Oil Palm Clusters Formation and Central Mills in Edo and Ondo States, Nigeria with funding fromSustainable Trade Initiative (IDH), Netherlands, December 2020 and AGRICTEC Innovative UK Approach Project in Southern and Middle belt States, Nigeria in 2021.She has technical expertise in Rural Diagnostic Surveys; Project Supervision, Monitoring, Evaluation and Review; Participatory Methods for Data Collection and Local Population Mobilization; Leadership and Skill Development; Data processing and analysis using SPSS, EXCEL, Microsoft Office Packages. She is frequently involved in planning seminars, training workshops and teaching students up to postgraduate level in community development activities. Bolaji has also attended several training and workshop at local and international level and equally a member of different professional bodies. Dr Bolaji Grace Abiona have published scholarly articles in reputable local and international journals, refereed proceedings and chapters in book. I am currently running promotion to the Readership position (Associate Professor) in Academic Career.
